Robbins-Gioia CEO Jim Leto Joins EzGov Board of Directors February 17, 2004, Atlanta, Georgia— EzGov, Inc., a leading provider of e-government software and solutions, announced today that Jim Leto, Robbins-Gioia chief executive officer and president, has joined its board of directors. Mr. Leto joins a board that includes former US Congressman, Jack Kemp; Harvard Kennedy School Professor, Elaine Kamarck; and former Dun & Bradstreet Software Chairman, John Imlay. “I am very excited that Jim Leto has agreed to join our board,” said Ed Trimble, EzGov CEO. “Jim brings many years of experience in delivering cutting edge information technology and program management solutions to government agencies. His success as CEO of PRC and now Robbins-Gioia will be very valuable to me and the company as we continue to expand operations around the world.” Prior to joining Robbins-Gioia, Mr. Leto served as the chairman and CEO of PRC, a $900 million science and technology firm. Under his guidance, PRC achieved annual operating income growth of 40 percent and was ranked among the top ten information technology contractors for the federal government and the number one IT provider for both the Justice Department and Commerce Department. A 30-year industry veteran, Mr. Leto spent the first 23 years of his career in a variety of positions at AT&T where he accomplished several career milestones. In one capacity, Mr. Leto served as vice president and general manager of the newly formed Federal Computer Systems Division, where he established a major presence for the company’s computer systems and system integration capabilities. During this time, his organization built a nationwide sales force, consolidated its technical support operations, and grew its revenue base from approximately $70 million to more than $500 million. “It is an honor to join the EzGov board of directors,” said Jim Leto. “Each member has achieved great success and made tremendous contribution in fields as diverse as politics, finance, and IT. Robbins-Gioia has provided disciplined PM methodologies in deploying large software implementations to the federal market for more than 20 years. EzGov has far-reaching experience in state and local, European and, more recently, federal governments. Our strengths and market expansion complement one another. I look forward to contributing to EzGov’s success as a member of its board.” About EzGov
