The State of Maryland

Maryland Successfully Implemented a New Voting System

The state of Maryland needed financial, management and delivery advice to deploy a new voting system at the state and county levels. The state required a roadmap that would help them avoid problems that they experienced in the past.

Robbins-Gioia provided the state of Maryland with a PM assessment that included 15 recommendations for action items needed to deploy the system without errors.

RESULT: The state of Maryland successfully deployed its new voting system in time for the primary elections.
