United States Army Created the First Digitized Division

The Program Executive Office for Command, Control, and Communications Systems (PEO C3S) and its unique testing facility are responsible for all Army Battle Command Systems integration. The challenge was a move toward battlefield digitization, including upgrading the complex Army C3 hardware and software programs.

Robbins-Gioia provided current-process review and developed a responsibility matrix and performed resource leveling and performance assessment. This lead directly to a successful military exercise and the creation of the first digitized division.

RESULT: This exercise served as the first step toward a total digital solution for all of the U.S. armed forces
