William Donahue, LT. General, USAF (Ret.)

Mr. Donahue is Executive Vice President, Federal Solutions for TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc.
He is active in the federal information technology environment as an information technology consultant
and serves on the board of directors of Robbins-Gioia, Inc and Blue Ridge Networks. His efforts in the
private sector are an extension of his efforts while on active duty in the Air Force—using the power of
information and network centric solutions to improve mission performance and service to the citizens.
Mr Donahue was formerly the Vice President and General Manager for CSC's Aerospace business unit where
he had operational responsibility for the delivery of information technology solutions, customized
support services, and space systems solutions to the Air Force.
Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Donahue was a lieutenant general for the U.S. Air Force. He retired in May 2000
as the Director of Communications and Information at Air Force Headquarters and Commander of the Air Force
Communications and Information Center in Washington, D.C. In that capacity, he was the functional manager
for the Air Force information technology community and was responsible for strategic plans, doctrine,
policies, architecture and standards for communications and information systems, and Y2K rollover
solutions. During his 33-year Air Force career, Mr. Donahue served in a variety of communications,
information, command and control positions at virtually every level in the Air Force. He has extensive
background in the full range of Air Force information technology, telecommunications and space-based systems.
Mr. Donahue has an undergraduate degree in mathematics and a master's degree in Logistics Management from
the Air Force Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the National War College, the executive
development program of the University of California, Berkeley, and the national security program of Harvard's
John F. Kennedy School of Government.
