Michelle L. Neal Michelle L. Neal
Vice President, Human Resources & Administration

Michelle L. Neal is Robbins-Gioia’s Vice President of human resources & administration. Michelle has 14 years of human resources, payroll, and management experience in public and private firms with specialist experience in employee relations, employment law, human capital management and human capital planning, corporate strategy, and execution.

Michelle came to Robbins-Gioia in 2002. She is responsible for Robbins-Gioia’s entire human resources program and administration at multiple facilities. In addition, she directs management of overall resources to ensure a timely and quality response to internal customer needs and support the corporate mission. Previously, she was human resources manager at Tyco, Inc., where she was responsible for all aspects of human resources, payroll, safety and environmental, housekeeping, security, and mailroom functions.

Michelle earned an MBA in human resources and training from Mary Washington College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Strayer University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management.
