Charlene Chesley Vice President, Human Resources & Admin
Charlene Chesley is vice president of human resources and administration for Robbins-Gioia. She is responsible for establishing the human capital vision and talent strategy to align employee resources with client delivery services and support the corporate growth strategy.
Charlene has more than 14 years of human resource management experience from multiple industries including healthcare, technology, and construction. In 2009, she was awarded the HR Leadership Award of Greater Washington for innovation in HR practices. She joined Robbins-Gioia in 2003 from Pyramid Consulting, Inc., a national technology and construction firm where she was the director of human resources. Before Pyramid, she spent 6 years in the long-term care industry in human resource management roles.
Charlene holds a bachelor of arts from Brenau University in human resource management and earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
